Appeals Package

If you have applied for a visa and it has been refused, you might be able to appeal. Unfortunately it is not possible to appeal against every refusal. However, it might instead be possible to seek an administrative review.

When an application is refused the immigration authorities will issue you with a refusal letter. Together we can review this and advise you whether you can appeal and, if you chose to do so, what the prospects of success will be.

After an appeal is lodged we wait to receive notice from the Immigration & Asylum Chamber (IAC) of the date of the appeal hearing.

You can instruct us to represent your case at any stage of the appeals process, choosing as many or as few of the following packages:

  • Merits Assessment only
  • Merits Assessment & Administrative Review
  • Merits Assessment & Lodge Appeal
  • Preparing Appeal
  • Advocacy at the IAC
